He first captured our hearts in Season 5 of Sex and the City when he played a sailor in town for fleet week and this Hottie of the Week has been burning up the screen ever since.

You can see him as the love interest of Dr. Miranda Bailey in Grey's Anatomy, James Holt in the Devil Wears Prada and most recently as my fave book character Ranger aka Carlos Manoso in One for the Money, an adaptation of the famous Janet Evanovich Stephanie Plum novels. 

In whatever role he is portraying, he always bring a certain je ne sais quoi to the screen. For me its irrelevant he is one of my crushes of the year.
